Refresh Your Day with Mango Matcha Refresher
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup mango pulp (or juice)
- 1 cup milk
- 3 g of Matchai Premium Matcha
- 30 ml hot water
- Sweetener/Sugar (Optional)
- Crushed Ice or keep the milk and mango pulp chilled.
Method:
- In a bowl, whisk the Matchai Premium Matcha powder with the hot water until smooth.
- In a separate container, blend the milk and mango pulp together.
- Pour the mango-milk mixture into the glass.
- Gently pour the whisked matcha solution over the mango-milk mixture.
- Add sugar according to your desired sweetness.
- Give the mix a swirl.
- Enjoy your chilled matcha.
